Return and Exchange Policy
All bodysuits are final sale.
All sale merchandise is final sale.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with all tags and packaging included.
ILIANA accepts returns of merchandise purchased online, for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Return approval is at the discretion of ILIANA and we reserve the right to deny responsibility for any item that is outside of the aforementioned policy. Denied returns are shipped back to the customer. ILIANA also reserves the right to monitor and restrict customer returns based on high frequency or and/or abnormal and/or suspicious patterns.
How long does it take to process the return?
Please allow up to three weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete. If you are returning items from multiple orders in the same package, you must request the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for each order and include all return packing slips for each order in your package. Returns missing either the RMA or the packing slips will result in additional processing time.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.
Is there is a return fee?
If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $12 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund.
You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method.

How do I request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
Start your return by requesting the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by e-mailing hello.iliana.store@gmail.com
You’ll receive an e-mail with the RMA number.
When using our prepaid label $12 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item
